Food at Capital One Arena

Capital One Arena is the home ice of the Washington Capitals and is located in Washington’s Penn Quarter and Chinatown area. The arena has food and beverage stands on the 100, 200, and 400 levels, with separate concession maps for each concourse.

Ben’s Chili Bowl is the most recognizable local option. Its stand near section 120 serves half-smokes, chili, burgers, and chili cheese fries, with a smaller location near section 408. Other D.C.-area partnerships introduced at the arena include Logan’s Sausage Company and Founding Spirits.

The arena’s food lineup has been changing as its multi-year renovation updates concession spaces. Use the level maps on the food-and-beverage page to find the available stands for your event. Capitals fans can also order concessions for pickup through Uber Eats; the app provides the pickup location and sends a notification when the order is ready.

Classic Food at Capital One Arena

A chili half-smoke from Ben’s Chili Bowl is the clearest Washington choice. The arena also serves the usual burgers, pizza, chicken, fries, snacks, and drinks around the concourses. Premium ticket holders have separate club dining, including the United Globe Club and Lounge and The Vaults.

Gallery Place and Penn Quarter have many pregame choices within a few blocks. District E is beside the arena at 701 Seventh Street NW and serves a full food and drink menu. Chinatown restaurants are immediately north of the building.
